1. Definitions

  • The Company: Refers to “South Africa (Mzansi), My Destination,” a travel blog operated by Rooistories.
  • Client: Individuals, groups, companies, or other legal persons using the services offered by the blog.
  • Activity: An excursion or adventure, ranging from a few hours to a single day, provided by authorized and accredited third parties.
  • Tour: Services/activities, accommodation, transportation, and meals offered to clients over more than one day (typically at least 3 days), provided by authorized and accredited third parties.
  • Accommodation: Overnight facilities in the form of dorm beds, private rooms, or camping tents, offered by reputable third parties.
  • Booking: Confirmation of selected activities, tours, or accommodation, indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2. Agreement

By using our services, you accept the terms of this Agreement and any specific terms from Third Party Suppliers. You also consent to the processing of personal information related to your travel arrangements.

3. Booking Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the full amount specified in the invoice.
  • Single clients must pay the Single Supplement on accommodated tours if no sharing option is available.
  • The blog reserves the right to withhold confirmation until payment and agreement to terms are received.
